Accreditation of observers of political entities
Certified political entities in order to compete in the elections must apply for accreditation of observers. Political entity observers can observe the entire electoral process or just election day, depending for which one they apply.
The application for the accreditation of observers from certified political entities starts on December 25 and ends on February 4, 2025.
Remark: Individuals can not observe elections. To observe the elections, you must join the teams of political party observers or NGOs. You can do this by contacting directly the political entity or the NGO within the scope of which you will observe the elections.
Political entities can apply for accreditation of observers, following the steps below:
Step 1 Download and complete the form for accreditation of observers

Step 2 Download and complete the list of observers
In the template list for the observers you will write the data of all persons who will observe the elections on behalf of your political entity. The list of observers must be completed electronically and then printed and signed by the authorized person of the political entity. In addition to the signed list, the political entity must bring the same list in Excel format in a CD.

The documents listed in the steps above must be submitted to the Office for Political Party Registration and Certification at CEC.
- If your application meets all the requirements, the CEC will continue with the preparation of your observers’ badges.
- If your application does not meet all the requirements, the CEC will inform you that you have not been accredited to observe the election.
Remark: Applications received by email will not be taken into consideration, except in cases of application from outside the Republic of Kosovo.
