REGISTRATION FOR VOTING THROUGH MOBILE TEAMS FOR PERSONS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS 

Begins on 9 of May and ends on 13 of May 2019

All citizens eligible to vote, that due to their disabilities cannot go out to vote in their polling station, have the right to ask to vote through mobile teams in their homes.

The Central Election Commission is committed to providing these voter categories with assistance in voting at their polling center or their homes.

To implement this right, you must complete the application form (download here), which can be downloaded from the CEC website, www.kqz-ks.org or can be obtained at the office of the Municipal Election Commission in your municipality.

You must attach a copy of the identification document and a copy of the certificate of disability, medical diagnosis, and evidence for other special cases to your registration application.

You must submit these documents to the Municipal Election Commission office, at the latest 13 May 2019.
